Monthly Financial Statements: Each month, we provide a detailed statement that outlines the money collected, any payments made, and work orders with associated invoices. These statements are conveniently posted to our online owner portal for easy access.
Year-End Documentation: We prepare and provide a year-end financial summary and a 1099 statement for tax purposes. All these documents are accessible via the online owner portal. To receive a 1099 statement, property owners must fill out a W-9 form as mandated by the IRS.
Rent Disbursement: Rent is disbursed to property owners on the 10th of every month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, the rent will be disbursed on the following business day. We ensure a seamless process by transferring funds directly to your bank account via ACH.
