Move-In Checklist
Everything you need to know before and on your move-in day.

Move In With Confidence
We make move-in day smooth. Follow this checklist so utilities, documents, and your condition report are all handled before you get the keys.
- Set up utilities before your move-in date
- Complete your move-in condition report
- Bring a cashier's check for move-in costs
Before moving into a DFW Property Management rental, tenants must sign the lease, pay all move-in costs via cashier's check, set up utilities, obtain renter's insurance, and register pets. On move-in day, complete the condition form and return it within 3 days to protect your security deposit.
